The art/setup fee covers the many hours spent creating and revising your custom design to be made on ceramic chips. At this time, we do not charge a per hour or per revision fee. We simply work with you until you are completely satisfied.Please email us for a discounted quote if you have "near ready-to-print art."

Manufacturer's Return Policy

Returns will be accepted for defective product only. Any defective product received will be replaced with the identical product. Since our product is custom for all of our customers, replacements will be produced and sent out after the defective product has been received. It will be a priority to send out replacement product as soon as possible, but the original lead time will be applied to the production of the replacements.
